The GGF Code of Good Practice
All GGF members are required to follow the GGF's Code of Good Practice, which sets out how member companies should conduct themselves from the quality of their installations to how they handle customer complaints. The Code covers everything from the accuracy of quotations and the clarity of contracts through to workmanship standards and after-sales service.
For our customers, this means there's an agreed set of standards we're held to not just our own word. If you ever feel we haven't met those standards, you have access to the GGF's independent conciliation service, which offers a fair, impartial route to resolution.
