Elite Group Scotland — Closing for Summer & Exciting Changes Ahead
We've had a fantastic year so far at Elite Group Scotland, and as summer reaches its peak we're taking a well-earned break. Here's everything you need to know about our closure dates and our new office hours when we return.
We're Closing for Summer — 26th August to 4th September
Our office and showroom will be closed from Tuesday 26th August through to Thursday 4th September inclusive for our company summer holiday. This applies to all enquiries, home visits, installations and showroom visits.
If you send us an email or leave a voicemail during this period, please don't worry — we will get back to you as soon as we return. Every enquiry will be responded to.
We Reopen on Friday 5th September
We'll be back, refreshed and ready to go from Friday 5th September. If you have an installation already booked, your fitter will be in touch to confirm your appointment. If you're waiting for a quote or have an outstanding enquiry, we'll be in contact as soon as we're back at our desks.
New Office Hours From 5th September
When we return we'll be moving to new office hours that better reflect how our team works and how our customers prefer to get in touch. Our new hours from 5th September will be:
Monday — 9am to 5pm
Tuesday — 9am to 5pm
Wednesday — Closed
Thursday — 9am to 5pm
Friday — 9am to 5pm
Saturday — 10am to 4pm
Sunday — 10am to 4pm
Our showroom at Scotia Place, Falkirk remains available during all open hours — you're always welcome to pop in and see our range of windows and doors in person. No appointment needed, no pressure, just friendly advice.
